Accordingly, if you would like to submit the requests listed below, please submit the request form or email the addresses indicated below. Delete Your Information

If you would like us to delete all of the information we have about you, please submit the request form or email deleteme@watersmart.com and put your full name in the subject line. Please note that if we delete your information but you have not requested it be deleted from your current Utility provider directly, your information may be resubmitted to us over time. Note that to verify your request we may email you back and request additional information that enables us to verify your identity.

If an authorized agent will be making the request for you, please also provide the written evidence of agency in your request.

Request For Information

If you would like to request that we disclose all of the information we have about you, please submit the request form or email personalinfo@watersmart.com and put your full name in the subject line, and indicate what information you would like us to disclose. Note that to verify your request we are required to email you back and request additional information that enables us to verify your identity.
